Work on the Gemba website redesign, we wanted to give the website a fresh and clean look that would accompany their new and bold visual identity. The main goal of this project was to define a clear and logical information architecture. The main goal was also to follow up on simplicity and clearness to ensure a good user journey.
Gemba would like to highlight four of their main divisions, which are Insights, Strategy, Communications and People & Culture. The challenge is that each of them offers a different services and very content heavy. Therefore the website needed to be designed in a way to respond to specific client and user needs. The website content is very versatile, it includes case studies on different topics, research and galleries.
We worked very closely with the client to help them select and handpicked the information that they would like to be included in the website and then we used that information and designed and developed the website. And to fulfil the clients expectation, we created a website that is logical for all users, making it as easy as possible to consume and move around the web content.
The client is also provided with a CMS tool where the content is simply editable, so the client can update content easily without affecting the good information hierarchy.
